| Starting salary £15,628 per annum | Fixed Term Full Time (1 year), 37 hours per week | 

Due to expansion of the team, an opportunity has arisen for an interesting and varied Administration Assistant role in the Sensory and Autism Business Support team. The Sensory and Autism Unit is responsible for providing social care services for people with sensory impairments and autistic spectrum conditions in Kent. 

Your job will include dealing with telephone queries, inputting into Social Care client system SWIFT/AIS and LIBERI, ordering equipment, and assisting with photocopying and printing. 

You will need to be educated to GCSE level or equivalent, with good literacy and numeracy skills, be friendly and approachable with a confident telephone manner. 

We can offer you a supportive, friendly, proactive team with personal development opportunities and regular supervision. Training will be offered as part of the role. 

This post is considered by KCC to be a customer-facing position. The Council therefore has a statutory duty under Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) to ensure that post holders have a command of spoken English/Welsh sufficient for the effective performance of the job requirements.
