An opportunity has arisen for an Apprentice to join one of The Education Family run nurseries: Discovery/Smarties/Oaks Day Nursery.

This is a great opportunity to gain a Level 3 qualification in Early Years and Childcare whilst working for a large, innovative and diverse organisation.

The Education People are very proud to run three high quality nurseries in Kent.

We have developed our nursery group with a family ethos, which we feel encompasses children, their families as well as our highly skilled and committed staff teams.

We are committed to maintaining the quality of our workforce and recognise the importance in investing in our staff’s professional development, wellbeing and career progression.

We are an innovative company and are looking for likeminded people to join our family and have a positive impact on outcomes for our children.

We currently have a vacancy for an Early Year’s Apprentice in Discovery Nursery, Maidstone. This would be a great opportunity for someone who has a passion for developing their knowledge and experience of working with young children and is committed to their own professional development.

We are looking for someone with the right attitude who is motivated and keen to learn quickly. If this sounds like you, then we would like to encourage you to apply.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of Level 2 qualification in early years and childcare and functional skills level 1 or equivalent in literacy and numeracy

Salary starts at £167.49 per week, with the opportunity to increase based on performance.
