| Starting salary £18,059 pro rata | Fixed Term for 6 months, Part Time, 18.5 hours per week |

This role requires working in a business support and resources team within Business Management and Client Relationships.

The BMCR Team supports all the functions of the Engagement, Organisation, Design and Development division. This includes Human Resources, Organisation Development, Learning and Development, Kent Communication, Consultation and Engagement, Print and design for the whole authority.

The position will be based at Sessions House, Maidstone. The role will be varied covering administration and finance for all the different teams in the division. The ranges of administration tasks are very exciting from monitoring KCC’s media activity to dealing with enquiries about KCC salary sacrifice schemes.

You will need to have excellent organisational and communication skills and be confident in performing office duties. The role requires you to be able to work well within a busy team, prioritise your work, take minutes at meetings as required and liaise with the other teams in the division.
