Kent Enablement at Home deliver Enablement Services to people in their own homes, promoting independence.

As part of a busy and dynamic team, your role will be to utilise an enablement model of care, to provide support to adults living at home to become as independent as possible. The client group is predominantly elderly adults and adults with physical disabilities. We require good communication skills both verbal and written with an ability to adapt to change. A willingness to train for a Diploma in Health and Social Care Level (NVQ2) unless already achieved. Full training will be given.

The ability to travel across Thanet, and on occasion the surrounding areas is essential. Shift Patterns includes evenings, weekends and early mornings.
