Locality: Dartford, Swanley & Gravesend

Shift Patterns: includes evenings, weekends and early mornings

Working with adults who live at home to become as self-caring and independent as possible. Client group includes adults (predominantly elderly) and people with mental health needs. Service requires ability to deliver Personal Care to clients to meet their needs

We require good communication skills both verbal and written, an ability to adapt to change and willingness to train for Diploma in Health and Social Level 2 unless you have already achieved this qualification or equivalent (NVQ2). Previous experience is preferred but additional full training will be given.

You will need the ability to travel across a wide geographical area in a timely and flexible manner at various times of the day.

This post is considered by KCC to be a customer-facing position. The Council therefore has a statutory duty under Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) to ensure that post holders have a command of spoken English/Welsh sufficient for the effective performance of the job requirements.
