Westbrook Integrated Care Centre is looking for a Senior Night Care Worker to join our team, supporting older adults living with dementia and older adults staying for a period of re-enablement.

The successful candidate will be required to work night shifts on a four week fixed rolling rota. The hours will be from 21:30 - 07:30 and includes some weekend and bank holiday working.

Applicants will have experience of supervising a small team of staff, experience of safe handling and administration of medication and a vast experience of working and supporting older adults living with dementia.

Applicants will be required to hold an NVQ or Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent and demonstrate through the interview process, evidence of leadership and management skills. A comprehensive induction and training and on-going supervision will be provided.

This post is considered by KCC to be a customer-facing position. The Council therefore has a statutory duty under Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) to ensure that post holders have a command of spoken English/Welsh sufficient for the effective performance of the job requirements. The appropriate standards are set out in the Job Description/Person Specification.
